The objective is early detection of operational malfunctions, so that your door is more reliable and, as such, its lifespan will be extended.

We will:

Check that the motor is operating properly
Inspect the condition of door sections
Inspect and lubricate bearings and rollers
Inspect alignment of the door to ensure proper operation
Inspect the spring fasteners to ensure secure mounting
Adjust and lubricate the springs
Inspect the cables for damage or wear
Inspect and tighten hardware and hinges
Inspect the weather strip for damage or wear
Inspect the hangers and track fasteners for secure mounting

We charge an inspection fee of $98 for each visit to your home (for up to three door systems). Please note, however, that there will be an extra charge if replacement parts are needed. The maintenance plan should not be seen as a guarantee against damage or failure of your garage door, but rather as something that gives you peace of mind. The program provides routine inspections and maintenance, but does not offer an extended product warranty.
